Orrin Reservation Terms and Conditions

Credit Card Requirement for Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, we require a valid credit card number at the time of booking. Please note that no charges will be made during the booking process unless specified as a "refundable deposit."

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Our restaurant has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for tables of up to 6 people, and a 48-hour cancellation policy for tables of more than 6 people. If you fail to cancel your reservation within these time frames, a cancellation fee of £20 per person will be charged to the credit card provided.

No-Show Charges: In the event of a no-show where we receive no prior notice, a fee of £20 per person will be charged to the credit card on file.

Adjustments to Reservation Size: If you need to reduce the number of guests in your reservation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge of £20 per person not in attendance, applied to your credit card.

Same-Day Bookings: For bookings made within 24 hours of the reservation time, the cancellation policy still applies. Any cancellation or failure to show up without prior notice will result in the same charges as stated above.

Time Zone Consideration: Please be aware that our cancellation policy operates on UK time (GMT/BST). Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time as scheduled in UK time. This means even if you cancel within what appears to be 24 hours in your local time zone, if it results in less than 24 hours by UK time, the cancellation fee of £20 per person will still apply. We encourage our guests to consider time zone differences when making cancellations to avoid any charges.
